Find an accountability Partner.


Who can you count on to ask you if you cheated with chocolate, soda, or chips?  When people have asked me to hold them accountable, I ask them to send me a text of everything they ate all day.  Every meal.  Every snack.  I am a HUGE fan of food journaling.  Many of us don’t realize that we have triggers that lead us to unhealthy eating habits.  It may be stress, loneliness, depression or something else.  The beauty of journaling is that you write down everything you ate and how you were feeling… and voila!  The pattern often is revealed! Knowing is 1/2 the battle!
