Time to clean out the pantry!
All the holiday candy, cake, cookies, popcorn, sugar & carbs need to go!! Look for processed foods that are full of excess sodium, sugar and fat. If the label is long or includes lots of ingredients that you can’t pronounce, try to stay away from it. Every little piece that passes those lips will mean time on your hips or belly and weeks in the gym. Is that 600 calorie cookie really worth a week in the gym?
